HOW TO RETURN
At Love McNicoll, we strive to ensure that every piece meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. You are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure a seamless process, please note the following guidelines:

Condition: All returns must be in pristine condition, with original tags attached. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations.

Packaging: Please include all original packaging, including lingerie bags, swim bags, and poly bags, with your return.

FAULTY ITEMS

Should you receive an item that is faulty, we are here to assist you promptly. Kindly email us at hello@lovemcnicoll.com with accompanying images, and our team will address the issue with urgency.
